KEAM Counselling 2025

As soon as the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala published the results of the entrance exam, the KEAM Counselling 2025 began. The procedure entailed registration, option registration, trial allotment, multiple rounds of seat allotment, fee payment, and reporting to the college. Students across Kerala prepared documents, filled out options and tracked official notifications.

CEE conducted the counselling through the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). Candidates accessed the online Single Window System and filled out options. The procedure indicates one clear route of entry alongside meticulously scrupulous cross-examination for the right subject matter concerning the right outcome. All steps were to be meticulously followed as scheduled.

KEAM Counselling 2025 Registration and Option Entry

The registration process kicked off on July 11, 2025, and the very same day, students logged into the candidate portal using their respective application numbers and passwords.. They filled in personal details, verified academic records and uploaded required documents.

After registration, candidates filled in college and course options. Multiple options were allowed. The last date for submission of choices was 18th July, 2025. Candidates made sure to submit and lock their options before the cutoff.

CEE advised students to check options twice. Once locked, options cannot be modified. Students who missed the deadline lost their chance in that round.

Trial Allotment

Trial allotment was published on July 17, 2025 and trial allotment did not confirm seats but gave candidates an idea of their chances. Students used this to adjust options before final submission.

Trial allotment reduced confusion in later rounds. Many students changed options after trial allotment.

First Round of Allotment

The first allotment was published on July 19, 2025. Candidates downloaded the allotment memo from the official portal. The memo had the college name, course and category.

Students who got seats paid fees online or at designated post offices. After payment, they had to report to the allotted college between July 25 and July 31, 2025. Those who did not pay or report lost their seats automatically.

Students who wanted better options retained their allotted seats but continued in later rounds. This allowed upgradation in subsequent allotments.

Second Round of Allotment

CEE opened option entry for the second round from July 25 to July 28, 2025. Students could change options or add new colleges. The second allotment list was published on July 30, 2025.

Third Round of Allotment

The third round option entry was from August 5 to August 7, 2025. Candidates filled out new options and waited for results. The third allotment list was published on August 9, 2025.

Students reported to colleges after paying fees. This round settled most of the admissions in government and aided colleges. But some students were still waiting for the stray round.
